Pricing:
$100 Per Month for weekly home watch visits
$60 Per Month for bi-monthly home watch visits
$40 Per month for once monthly home watch visit
Our Home Watch Services Provide:
Visually check all windows & doors. (inside & out) Check for vandalism. Check for
lightning and storm damage. Check to see that lawn is being maintained. Check to see
that pool is being cared for. Collect mail & newspapers. A/C and humidistat monitoring.
Check for pest infestation. Plumbing fixtures operated – run faucets and flush toilets.
Run rinse cycle in the dishwasher and washer. Check and change timers on lights.
Check and reset alarm systems. Arrange for any special services.
Supervision of repairs or alterations: $30.00 per hr.
EMERGENCY SERVICES:
$50.00 per incident if you would like Emergency Response Services. This would include
meeting police or security officers at the home to help them gain access and report to
the owner all details of the incident including pictures.
